I hold a Master’s in Trauma-Informed Practice, and my focus has always been on creating safe, empowering spaces where individuals feel truly seen and supported. I specialise in supporting emotional wellbeing and embedding trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming approaches into everything we do. I am excited to support more young adults in the Tees Valley area.

Hello, I'm Hannah. Another co-founder of P2P alongside my husband Chris and two lifelong friends and esteemed colleagues, Alice and Jess. I'm mum to three wonderful children and quickly found my passion for working with young people with SEND from a young age. Within my career I have worked in several special schools and also worked for the Local Authority supporting SEND families. I'm so excited to see P2P come to life in the heart of Middlesbrough where we can offer a rich and meaningful service to our young people and have some fun along the way!

Hi everyone, I'm Chris and one of the co-founders of P2P. Ever since I left Uni over 20 years ago, I've worked with young people with SEND and helped them to achieve their outcomes and reach their goals. I've worked in special schools, SEND charities and for Local Authorities SEND Strategic departments leading high profile projects across the region. I'm passionate about the Preparation for Adulthood/Independence for young adults and have founded a Specialist college for SEND learners within Middlesbrough over the past 4 years - Transitions College. I follow Middlesbrough FC and enjoy playing games online.
